does he (by chance) like the tv show “the office”? there is a bunch of good things you can buy from that show for example a “world’s best boss” mug.

    great show.

If he likes fishing and golf get him a figurine with a character (George Bush, or even Mickey Mouse) doing one of those things. can’t go wrong
But if not you could always get him a golf club, or a golfing bag, you know the ones that hold the clubs.

I never understood getting the boss anything, doesn’t he get paid more than you? Shouldn’t he give you a gift, like a raise or paid day off? Bosses are morons and deserve coal for Christmas.

get him a electronic picture changer, the ones with the frames, i dont know the exact name of the gizmo but i know its pretty cool, you upload you picture onto it, and it changes pictures every 5 sec, beside it will be a reminder for him on who not to fire

I’ll give ya a list, but what type of company does he own.? And how many workers are within the company? That helps, so here it goes: Book on investments (mutual funds), or entrepenaur leadership skill books, bottle of fine wine with cheese attributes, cigars, plaques, Christmas ornaments, a few ties (and maybe Christmas boxers attached too (LOL =) If he has a good dry sense of humor), a nifty ipod w/. speaker radio for the office, makedinner reservations with all your co-workers or take out to a nice bar lounge (maybe a band or to jazz etc…) or make a day out of it local baseball or football (college) game—they usually give out discounts to people that are buying more than a few tickets or give discounts thus being a company and all etc… reservations for him and the wife to go out to eat, rent a cabin for the weekend (just contribute for the cabin reservation) I could go on and on depending on how much money is entailed (co-workers there are) and to the height or extreme you want to take it to. Does he include high-end bonuses out of the deal Im sure not this year, unfortuantely but you get my drift. Well Good Luck and if anything you might want to google it to or askabout, ask jeeves etc…check this one out….Good Luck =)
